Seventh Son 3D 2014 follows Mother Malkin the queen of evil witches who escapes the pit where she was imprisoned by professional monster hunter Spook decades ago. She kills Spooks apprentice. Spook then recruits young Tom Ward the seventh son of a seventh son which gives him special powers to see supernatural creatures. Tom trains in combat and knowledge of witches ghosts ghouls and boggarts. Mother Malkin gathers other dark witches including her sister to destroy Spook. Tom falls in love with Alice a witch who is Mother Malkins niece but who wants to escape her aunts control. Tom must choose between his love for Alice and his duty to stop Mother Malkin before she unleashes darkness on the world. Jeff Bridges plays Spook and Julianne Moore plays Mother Malkin.
