Monster Hunter 3D 2020 follows Lieutenant Natalie Artemis and her loyal soldiers who are teleported from our dimension into a world of dangerous and powerful monsters. The creatures control their reality with deadly ferocity. Artemis enters a war against giant enemies. She teams up with a mysterious Hunter played by Tony Jaa who has found a way to fight back the monsters using weapons made from their own bones and scales. The soldiers must survive sand storms ancient dragons and a massive fire breathing creature called Rathalos. Artemis learns to wield a Great Sword and a Bowgun to match the Hunters skills. They must find a way back to their dimension while preventing the monsters from crossing over into Earth.
