The Hobbit An Unexpected Journey 3D 2012. Bilbo Baggins is recruited by Gandalf to join Thorin Oakenshield and his thirteen dwarves on a quest to reclaim the Lonely Mountain kingdom of Erebor from the dragon Smaug. The company travels through the Misty Mountains, where they are captured by goblins. In the goblin tunnels, Bilbo becomes separated and stumbles upon Gollum. There, he discovers a golden ring that grants invisibility. Gollum loses the ring to Bilbo, who names it his "precious" and escapes, reuniting with his companions.
