R.I.P.D. 3D 2013. Boston detective Nick Walker is murdered by his corrupt partner Hayes. He joins the Rest in Peace Department, an afterlife police force that captures escaped spirits. He partners with Roy Pulsipher, an Old West lawman. They return to Earth in new avatars. They discover Hayes is plotting to reassemble the Staff of Jericho, an artifact that will reverse the tunnel to the afterlife and unleash the dead upon humanity. Nick and Roy must stop him and restore cosmic balance.
