In the film Pirates of the Caribbean: Dead Men Tell No Tales 3D 2017, Captain Jack Sparrow is hunted by Captain Armando Salazar and his ghost crew, recently escaped from the Devil's Triangle. To defeat them, Jack seeks the legendary Trident of Poseidon, which can break all sea curses. He is joined by Henry Turner, determined to free his father Will from the Flying Dutchman, and Carina Smyth, a brilliant astronomer. Their quest leads to a confrontation with Salazar, the discovery of Carina's heritage, and a final battle that will decide the fate of all pirates and restore freedom to the seas.
