Finding Nemo 3D 2003 follows clownfish Marlin and his son Nemo living on the Great Barrier Reef. A dentist from Sydney catches Nemo and places him in an aquarium. Marlin who has never left his reef travels across the open ocean to find his son. He is accompanied by Dory a friendly fish with extreme short term memory loss. They encounter sharks jellyfish and fishing nets. Meanwhile Nemo and his aquarium friends including a moorish idol and a starfish plan to escape the glass prison. They clog the tank filter to make it dirty forcing the dentist to clean it and give them a chance to escape. Nemo returns to the ocean and reunites with Marlin.
