Starchaser The Legend of Orin 3D 1985. On the planet Trinia, humans slave for millennia mining crystals for the robot overlord Zygon. Young miner Orin discovers a mystical sword hilt which projects the image of an old man speaking of a universe above. After his girlfriend Elan is killed by Zygon, Orin escapes to the surface. He teams with smuggler Dagg and reprogrammed fembot Silica. Orin learns the hilt was once wielded by legendary guardians called the Kha-Khan. Zygon is revealed to be Nexus, an ancient tyrant. During their final confrontation, the Starfly spirits reveal there never was a blade; the power came from Orin himself. He generates an energy force, destroys Zygon, and liberates his people.
