Top Cat 3D 2011 follows the Commander Cat who falls in love with Trixie and tries to impress her by getting hold of Maharaja Pikajus rubies. Instead he obtains a multifunctional Maharaja Talk 5000 device. Lou Strickland comes to power frames Top Cat and puts him in prison while creating an army of police robots to control the city. In prison Top Cat establishes his own rules. His gang learns of his innocence from Officer Dibble and Trixie and organizes an escape. Using the Maharaja device they neutralize the robots and expose Strickland. The villain is arrested and Top Cat reunites with the gang and Trixie.
