Despicable Me 4 3D 2024 follows Gru who now works for the Anti Villain League. He faces a new adversary named Maxime Le Mal who has escaped from prison. Maxime possesses the ability to transform people into cockroaches and seeks revenge on Gru. Gru and his wife Lucy move their family to a safe house in the suburbs under assumed identities. The minions undergo an experiment becoming superpowered Mega Minions. Meanwhile Gru must protect his infant son while learning that Maxime is closing in. Gru confronts Maxime and defeats him with help from the Mega Minions and his daughter Margo.
