Metalstorm The Destruction of Jared Syn 3D 1983 follows warlord Jared Syn who tries to convince a tribe of mutants that he is their messiah. He seeks unlimited power hidden in a crystal on a desert planet. Syn murdered the father of explorer Dhyana. Ranger Dogen teams with Dhyana to stop Syn before he obtains the crystals power. They ride hovercraft vehicles across the wasteland and face Syns mutant army. Dogen and Dhyana must reach the crystal temple before Syn completes his ritual. This post apocalyptic sci fi film features laser weapons mutants and desert landscapes. The movie was shot in a format called 3 Dimensional for stereoscopic release.
