Spacewalker 3D 2017. Soviet Union leads the space race in 1965. Alexei Leonov prepares for the first spacewalk. A test ship explodes two weeks before launch. Engineers cannot identify the cause. Pavel Belyayev commands the mission. Leonov exits the Voskhod 2 capsule. His suit inflates in vacuum. He cannot reenter the airlock. He deflates his suit and forces himself inside. The spacecraft loses automatic landing control. The capsule spins wildly. Oxygen pressure rises dangerously. Belyayev takes manual control. They land in remote Ural mountains. Rescuers spot their signal flare. Both cosmonauts survive.
