Ghosts of the Abyss 3D 2003

Ghosts of the Abyss 3D 2003 follows director James Cameron leading a team of historians and oceanologists to the wreck of the Titanic. The expedition uses deep sea submersibles to explore the remains of the sunken ship resting 12,000 feet below the Atlantic. Cameras capture the bow grand staircase and debris field where personal items still lie. The team documents how marine life has colonized the steel structure which continues to decay. The film shows interior rooms that have not been seen since 1912 including boilers and passenger cabins. This documentary combines historical inquiry with underwater exploration of one of historys most famous shipwrecks.
