Baby Princess 3D 2011 follows high school student Yashiro who considered himself an orphan but discovers he has nineteen sisters of different ages from baby to adult. He moves into a large house with his new mother and sisters where he must master the role of an older brother in an incredibly large and noisy family. The plot focuses on his attempts to establish a relationship with each sister and overcome initial awkwardness. He strives to become real support for them.
