Fimfarum: The Third Time Lucky 3D 2011

Fimfarum The Third Time Lucky 3D 2011 is an animated puppet film combining three stories. In the first a lazy dandy uses a magic spell to switch bodies with his hardworking wife and understands the hardships of her day. In the second a greedy merchant hires a devil to help in business but is deceived by the cunning spirit. In the third an old man receives a magic pipe that allows him to control people and uses it to correct injustice. Each story plays on traditional Czech folklore motifs combining folk wisdom with good humor and morality. This stop motion animated film features handcrafted puppets and sets.
