The Rabbi's Cat 3D 2011

The Rabbis Cat 3D 2011 is set in 1920s Algeria in a Jewish community. A rabbi discovers his talking parrot has been eaten by a cat who then speaks rudely and arrogantly. The rabbi teaches the cat the Torah and the cat decides to go through a bar mitzvah. A old rabbi demands execution for heresy but they agree the rabbi will train the cat first. The cat helps the rabbi pass a French exam but loses his speech after pronouncing the name of God. He later regains French by becoming a translator. A Russian artist tells of a lost city of black Jews in Africa and convinces the rabbi the cat and a former soldier to search for it.
