Alpha and Omega 3D 2010 follows Kate an Alpha wolf responsible for leading her pack and Humphrey an Omega wolf known for being playful. They belong to different social ranks but share a close friendship. Kate is chosen to marry Garth an Alpha from another pack to unite the territories. Kate and Humphrey are captured and relocated far from Jasper Park. Stranded in unfamiliar territory they must work together to find their way home. Along the way they encounter various obstacles and different animal species. Their friendship deepens into something more and they realize that social status is not as important as the bond they share.
