In the film Abominable 3D 2019, a teenage girl named Yi discovers a young Yeti hiding on the roof of her Shanghai apartment building. Naming him Everest, she learns he possesses magical powers connected to nature. Pursued by a wealthy collector and a zoologist who want to capture him, Yi embarks on an epic journey with her friends Jin and Peng to return Everest to his home on the highest peak in the world. Their cross-China adventure takes them through breathtaking landscapes, where Everest's abilities help them overcome obstacles, leading to a final confrontation with their pursuers at Mount Everest itself.
